✧ All communication is to be via the rigger’s Discord server, Celestia’s Workshop. The client will receive a locked personal channel once their commission is confirmed, which is where all updates will be shared. The invite link can be found on the homepage of the Celestial Rigs Carrd. The client may reach out to the rigger via DM on another social media platform initially, but all communication will move to Discord moving forward from the time they agree to work together.✧ Payment may be in full at the start, or in 2 payments - the first when starting the rig, and the second halfway through the rigging process, or before receiving completed model files, which will be discussed between the client and the rigger. Any exceptions must be agreed upon beforehand.
⋆ Waitlist: If reserving a slot ahead of time, Celestia will take a non-refundable 30% deposit up-front, The remainder of payment will be at the beginning of the rigging process, unless otherwise discussed.✧ The rigger’s prices are non-negotiable.✧ After accepting a commission, start times are typically 1-3 months from the time files are received, plus an additional 1-4 weeks for completion. The rigger will inform the client the day that they start, and ping them on Discord when working on the rig on stream, if requested.✧ Payment is through Stripe invoice only, in USD. Celestia does not accept payment via PayPal. If the client chooses to leave a tip, they can do so via Celestia's Ko-Fi.✧ Clients may have a testing period of 3 days from receipt of completed files, during which to request revisions. After this time, any changes must be booked as new work. It will be scheduled on that basis, and appropriate fees will apply.✧ The rigger will do their best to adhere to agreed-upon deadlines, however, in the case that the .psd file is handed over to them later than initially anticipated for any reason, this may cause a delay in the completion of the rig, as it will have cut into the time the rigger has to work on said model for reasons entirely outside of their control.✧ By confirming a commission with Celestia, the client is agreeing that the rigger has permission to post videos of the rig to their Youtube/Twitter/Tiktok, and to stream the rigging process to their Twitch. To opt out of this, an additional $50 USD fee will be charged and the rigger will refrain from posting any media involving the client’s model at any point in time unless otherwise discussed. If the client chooses this option, the rig will take more time to complete, up to an additional month, as the rigger’s work schedule is set to mostly take place during streams.✧ The client must credit Celestia as their rigger on any platform on which they plan to post content of said model.✧ The client must get permission from the rigger if they plan to resell, and inform Celestia of who they sell the model to.✧ The client will receive all the exported files as well as a .vtube file (which has all the settings pre-configured in VTube Studio). They will not receive the Live2D editable file (.cmo3). This file will not be given out under any circumstances.✧ No refunds, barring rare circumstances beyond the rigger's control that impact their ability to complete the job expected of them. This process will be initiated on the rigger's terms.✧ Celestia reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason, even from returning clients.

☆ Please note: I have several chronic illnesses that may affect how long a rig takes to complete. I also have a memory disorder, and as much as I try to stay on top of everything, I still have times where I struggle. I ask that you be patient and understanding of this, as there are times things are simply out of my control. I will do my best to maintain communication during these times, but don't hesitate to reach out for updates!
